IRMA CHAIN

I originally purchased this ~6 months ago. A couple of weeks ago, one of the chain links broke, so I contacted Sezane for a replacement. They sent me a chain that looks and feels like a cheap knockoff 😭 The supplier definitely changed. Here are the things wrong with the replacement chain:

 

The gold tone is completely off, it's too pale - so now it looks weird with the irma charms I have

 

the metal is much thinner and lighter than my original. It also sounds different.

 

The clasp is much bigger compared to the original , and feels cheaply made (picture included - the original is on the right, the replacement is on the left)

 

Some of the links are completely bent? WTF? How did this get through quality control??

 

I've asked them for a refund. This feels and looks like something I could buy on Temu for two quid. Sezane jewelry is not cheap - and they are very clearly cutting costs. Absolute junk, do not recommend.
