PUFF SLEEVE DRESS WITH ENGINEERED SKIRT

Background: I was about to start my new finance job and after five years of not working in a corporate office, I was desperate for formal work clothes. I had never bought anything from Ted Baker before but I browsed the site and felt like they were a more formal version of REISS (another one of my favorite brands) TLDR: amazing quality, great design, solid fabric.

 

FIT: Ted Baker has their own sizing which is kind of weird but I got a size 2 which fit me like a glove (bust is about 37", waist is about 29"). The fabric is quite thick but has a lot of stretch so while it was well-fitted to my torso, it was also flattering since the thick fabric hid any imperfections.

 

QUALITY: As mentioned above, fabric is quite thick so it hides lumps and bumps. I've probably worn this dress at least once a week or every two weeks for the last 6 months and I don't see any visible wear and tear. For the price I paid, it's certainly amortized well over time!

 

STYLE: Love this style. I find these skater-style dresses to be very flattering on my body type, with the bonus of being extremely comfortable. I love to wear this dress with heels, flats or sometimes my Chelsea lug boots. All around, a solid purchase and it definitely won't be my last from Ted Baker.
