I want to warn away from this HORRIBLE brand, Diana Milkanova Studio. I purchased, not realizing that it was an influencer brand, after multiple models and fashion bloggers I follow tagged a specific long sleeved backless dress. I assumed it was legitimate, I didn’t know I was buying from an influencer. The entire experience was just disastrous and super frustrating.
I ordered an XS-S relaxed silhouette dress (with normal proportions) that her product page said was suitable for women under 168 cm. $255 later… what I received did not match what was advertised in sizing, fit or fabric. The proportions were insanely distorted. It was HUGE! It looked like it was created for someone about 6’7, built like a brick wall. I don’t think even The Rock could fit in it, honestly. Nevermind someone petite. When I contacted her to return the item in new condition with all tags (apparently thecustomers responsible for all shipping costs too), she refused because… wait for it… I didn’t keep the shipping box and wrapping paper. This requirement was never disclosed on the product page, btw. After some (unsuccessful) pushback, she later claimed that “the box is part of the product.” What!!??! Why are these Instagram brand consistently the WORST to buy from?
Anyway, she updated the refund policy on her website but only on the refund policy page and not the “description and returns” sections under every product. She’s clearly very bright. It is obvious that she never intended to accept any returns. Her entire operation appears to be dropshipped polyester marketed at luxury prices to fund her personal lifestyle. The industry giants who tag a select few pieces of hers (that I assume have been sent to them for PR) may not know this (or maybe they do) but the effect is the same. Consumers are being misled into thinking this is a reputable fashion brand when it isn’t. I would not recommend ordering from her under any circumstances.
TLDR: Don’t buy, the seller is dishonest and sends misrepresented product + doesn’t accent perfectly pristine returns
